Chocolate Coffee

The girls & mommy make a trip to starbucks almost everyday. On Friday, the barista made Gracie's day by making her a very special "chocolate coffee" (aka chocolate milk). She proudly drank it the whole way home...with a straw just like mommy :)

Gracie rolled up her sleeves & helped Papa Will fix daddy's leaky toilet. Looks like he may have found himself an assistant to help him with his many projects :)

Gardening Apprentice

As usual, we spent Memorial Day weekend planting flowers with the help of Nana Marci & Papa Will. Gracie was all set to assist us with her new gardening set which included a shovel, rake, sprayer, watering can & gloves. However, her biggest thrill came from watering the flowers "all by herself" with daddy's fancy sprayer.

Learners Permit

Josie took Gracie's car for a test drive. She was a quick study for her first time behind the wheel driving at "10 & 2". After learning the basics, Teacher Gracie showed her some of her favorite speed racer moves. So it looks like we may have another crazy driver on our hands...Watch Out!?!?!

Future Hairdresser

Josie loves to swing at the park...if you couldn't tell by the big smile on her face :) And if you look closely you might be able to see her FIRST tooth which has finally appeared on the bottom of her mouth.

Elmo Live...When Elmo Grows Up

Gracie went to see her first show today...Elmo Live. And she's already asking if we can go see Elmo again tomorrow :) She was singing & dancing in her seat (and in the isle too). Her favorite characters were Elmo, Big Bird & The Cookie Monster. Her favorite song was a re-make of The Itsy Bitsy Spider which she insisted that we listen to the whole way home on her new CD.

Gracie's First Bike

Gracie got her first bike last weekend & was so excited to take it out for a spin. Now throughout the day she repeatedly says "I want to ride my bike". She loves to pedal fast & ring the cool bell on the handlebars. Looks like we have lots of bike riding days ahead of us.

Spring Flowers
