Gracie's Big Girl Bed

Daddy surprised Gracie today by putting her big girl bed together. She was SO EXCITED when she walked into her room this afternoon & saw it there. She even told us she was tired & was ready to go to bed. Thanks Papa Will & Nana Marci for an early birthday present. Sweet dreams Gracie :)

Pinot Noir Or Pinot Gris

Kris & Laurie were able to do one of their favorite things together...go wine tasting!!! And each day they came home with a bottle to share with his parents. The biggest question of the day was "Do we buy a bottle of pinot noir or a bottle of pinot gris?" Above is a picture of us at our favorite vineyard...Vista Hills.

Enchanted Forest

The nursery rhyme "Jack & Jill" quickly became Gracie's favorite while visiting her grandparents. We read it everyday before naps & bedtime. So she was very excited when we met Jack & Jill along Storybook Lane. "He's about to fall" she kept saying over & over.

Oregon Coast - Punchbowl

We spent a fun-filled day at the Oregon Coast...sunshine, splish-splashing & sand castles. And of course the day would not be complete without a bowl of chowder at The Chowder Bowl too.

Picking Blueberries & Raspberries

Gracie enjoyed picking blueberries & raspberries in Papa Will & Nana Marci's backyard. And the rest of us enjoyed all the berries she shared with us :)

Oregon Bound

We are looking forward to a fun-filled week visiting Papa Will & Nana Marci for our family vacation. Gracie was very excited to pull her new suitcase through the airport.

Jonquil Park

One of our favorite parks in our neighborhood just renovated & added a water fountain for the kids to splash around. Gracie now asks "Can we go to the NEW park?" So today we made a trip to check it out. Gracie had a ball with her water bucket. The water was a little too cold for Josie but she enjoyed watching all the action.

Lil' Kickers

Gracie joined a soccer team with her friends for the summer. She loves her new uniform (even though it's not pink :) & is having lots of fun learning the basics. One of her favorite parts of class is the water break as she gets to pour her own glass of water from a big orange cooler!!!
