Girls Weekend
First stop for girls weekend with my friend Becky, NYC Times Square. I haven't been to NYC since before the girls were born & was working at JLL. Such a fun way to start off our weekend together. I hope NYC is ready for us!!! :)

Our Little Second Grader

Lemonade Stand
The girls have been bugging me almost every day this summer to have a lemonade stand. And finally today was their day, yay!!! After a quick trip to the grocery store & the party store we were ready to set up shop with our favorite friends & neighbors, Ellie & Sloane. Per their request we made PINK lemonade & cookies, cupcakes & brownies too. You have to sell snacks too, right?!?! Gracie also made a sign to market our stand & she created a jingle too. "Lemonade it's oh so sweet, so stop on by & also get a treat!!!" Highlights of the day included...Uncle Bob coming by :), a taxi cab driver stopping traffic to get a glass & a man spending $20 for a whole plate of cupcakes!!! And for a bonus mommy also got 2 new babysitter numbers who thought the girls were cute & sweet. They even wanted a picture with the girls. Our sales surpassed $100....way to go girls!!! :) Half our sales go to their piggy bank & the other half will be used for a shopping spree outing at Target.

It's sunny skies on Schubert Avenue today so it's the perfect day for the girls to take a wagon ride with Lanie, Jennifer & Maddie. Loving the new wagon :) They look so cute too!!! Enjoy the ride girls :)

Barbie Pool Day
The girls just couldn't wait to have a barbie pool day in our backyard so they set-up in the living room!!! At least they didn't put water in the pool. These girls are certainly spoiled from so many wonderful birthday gifts. Thanks Aunt Linda, Uncle Sean & the boys for all the fun barbie toys. I remember loving barbies when I was a little girl too :) And I love playing barbies with the girls now too!!!

Here Comes The Bride
And The Bridesmaid too :) Enjoying playing wedding day dress-up in a beautiful wedding gown from Aunt Katina, Uncle Joel & the girls. A perfect birthday gift as these girls sure do love to play dress-up!!! And I love how Gracie found the perfect bridesmaid dress in our dress up box for the special occasion too :) What a cute pair!!!

J Parker
A fun GNO with two of my besties that I've known since Gracie was a baby...The 2 Jens :) Our oldest little girls are similar in age, so fun!!! We enjoyed appetizers, drinks & the best view of the Chicago Skyline from the J Parker. Such a fun GNO!!!

Cousin Cubby Power
Aunt Laurie & Uncle Joel took the girls to their first cubs game together. Cousin Cubby Power activate!!! :) Too bad that their rally hats couldn't help bring the Cubs a WIN. Oh well, it was still a good time at the ol' ball game. And the girls didn't mind the loss either :)
