The girls & I took advantage of a warm fall day last week & went to our favorite spot at North Pond to play in the leaves. They had lots of fun throwing, jumping & rolling around in them :) Gracie is hoping that daddy can join us next time & keeps asking "Are there going to be LOTS MORE leaves Mommy?!?!".
Our Witch & Kitty Cat went trick-or-treating with their cousins Mitch & Jack. Gracie was determined to get a WHOLE BUNCH of candy. If no one came to the door she would say "Let's go to the next house!!!". It was so cute to hear her say "trick-or-treat". Her favorite candy was ANYTHING chocolate...peanut butter cups, kit-kat, crunch bar & of course M&M's. Josie was just happy going along for the ride & holding her favorite candy of the night Dot's. Between the two of them we'll have candy for the rest of the year!!!
The girls decorated pumpkins last night. Daddy took the lead by drawing the faces on the pumpkins & then Gracie painted & put stickers on them. Josie was very happy with the way Gracie decorated her pumpkin & loved pulling the stickers off of it :)
The girls went to a Halloween Party this afternoon with some friends & of course, we had to get a group photo of them in their adorable costumes. Well except for our little kitty cat, Josie, who kept crawling out of the photo. She sure is fast :)
Gracie & her friend Michael enjoyed their first Halloween Festival at their school. Pumpkin decorating, bouncy jumpers, face painting, pony rides etc. What a fun way to spend the day & meet some of Gracie's classmates. And she was the cutest & only witch there too :)
