The Birthday Girls

Happy Birthday to our Princesses, Gracie & Josie!!!  We are celebrating the big day with family & friends at Belle's Royal Tea Party.  The girls have been very involved with all the party planning so it's sure to be a "royally" good time :)  Enjoy YOUR DAY girls!!!

7 years ago today while sipping my morning Starbucks latte & walking down the hallway into my office building, I unexpectedly went into labor 2 weeks early. And the adventure of motherhood began. Later that day Grace Ella was born & she changed my world:) Oh how I love her sweet & kind heart.  2 years later & also 2 weeks early while daddy was out enjoying his annual college pub crawl, Josie Madeline decided to join our family on her big sister's birthday.  These girls sure do know how to make a grand entrance :)  Her spirit & spark keep us laughing everyday.  Happy 7th & 5th Birthday to "My Girls"!!! I'm feeling doubly blessed today. Now let's hit the "pause" button as you're growing up too fast!!! :)

A fun GNO with two of my besties that I've known since Gracie was a baby...The 2 Jens :) Our oldest little girls are similar in age, so fun!!! We enjoyed appetizers, drinks & the best view of the Chicago Skyline from the J Parker.  Such a fun GNO!!!

Cousin Cubby Power

Aunt Laurie & Uncle Joel took the girls to their first cubs game together.  Cousin Cubby Power activate!!! :)  Too bad that their rally hats couldn't help bring the Cubs a WIN.  Oh well, it was still a good time at the ol' ball game. And the girls didn't mind the loss either :)
