I couldn't resist & had to post this #TBT (Throw Back Thursday) photo from last year where Santa Claus was all ready to pull Josie's loose tooth.  However, she didn't agree :)

We finished our visit with Santa Claus by taking our annual  group photo with our friends The Broughs.

The girls definitely entertained Santa Claus during our visit. I'm not exactly sure what they are telling him in this photo but the look on Santa's face is priceless!!! :)

Santa Claus

Today after school we went downtown to our favorite spot, Bloomingdales, to see Santa Claus. Santa had all kinds of questions for them.  He was particularly interested in Gracie's papercut that she got at school today & wanted to know if she had to go to the doctor.  And he remembered Josie & her wiggly loose tooth from our visit last year & was very happy to hear that it came out on it's own.  He did remind them that he's friends with the Tooth Fairy :)

Prayer Bear

Josie had her turn this week to bring home the First Grades "Prayer Bear".  When it's your turn, you take care of the bear all week & take pictures of all the fun things you do together. You then write about your adventures in the journal to share with your class.  Josie did her homework with him, enjoyed a fancy dinner & slept with him every night.  She also took him to "Watch Week" at dance class so he could watch her dance :)  However the highlight of their time together was when she took him to see Santa Claus with her .  What fun-filled week for these two?!?!

Let's Go Wolverines

The girls are both cheering this year & today was their first game for basketball.  They both did an amazing job. And yay for me, as I captured them cheering in the same photo. Pricesless :)
