The Princess & The Frog Ballet Camp

Gracie & her friend Taylor went to a ballet camp together this week...the theme was The Princess & The Frog. They were very excited as they went to The Princess & The Frog movie together too. They got to dress up in Tianna's beautiful green dress, dance at a Mardi Gras & kiss a frog too :) Gracie loved the princess crown they made so much that she insisted on wearing it all the way home.

Oregon Coast

A trip to the Oregon Coast is always a must during our family vacation. And the girls were very excited to go to the beach. Although it was a little colder then last year...we still had a wonderful time!!! Gracie absolutely loved the water & seemed to not even notice how cold it was on her feet & legs. Josie thought it was a little too cold so she kept her shoes on :) We also enjoyed lunch at The Chowder Bowl & an over-night stay at D Sands in Lincoln City. Gracie said a few times "Can we stay for a lot days next year!!!" That seems to sum it up perfectly!!!

Sweet Cheeks Winery

Kris & Laurie enjoyed a few days of wine tasting...one of our favorite things to do together. Sweet Cheeks Winery...gotta love the name...had a beautiful view of Oregon so we enjoyed a bottle of Pinot Gris & the fabulous view too :)

Putt For Pizza

Gracie went miniature golfing for the first time while on vacation in Oregon visiting Papa Will & Nana Marci. Papa Will helped her with her form on the first 17 holes. The 18th hole was "Putt For Pizza" & if you made a "hole in one" you won a pizza. Gracie & Papa took one last swing together & guess what....they scored A HOLE IN ONE!!! Yay...pizza for all. Although I think Gracie enjoyed her celebratory ice cream cone a little bit more than the pizza :) we sure did have a good time!!!

Staff Meeting

Kris worked from home on Friday so the girls got out their computers so they could work along side him. Oh and such good helpers too :)

Flip Flop Fun

Today the girls designed their own flip flops at a fun class we went to at one of our favorite stores...Little Threads. They both picked pink flip flops & then decorated them with flowers, bows & beads. After finishing her flip flops Gracie says very loudly "Oh they are so beautiful!!!" Looks like we have some new favorite shoes :)

Still Celebrating...Jonquil Park

Daddy had a 4 day weekend so we continued celebrating the holiday with a family outing to Jonquil Water Park.

Watch out & take cover...Gracie & her cousin Zoey, who visited us for the 4th of July holiday, squirted & sprayed everything within reach with their squirt guns. It definitely entertained them & helped them stay cool in the summer heat!!!
