Portland Food Truck'n

Today we spent the day sampling goodies from the food trucks in Portland.  I was most excited about going back to Boolkogi Taco as it was my favorite food truck from last year.  And it was just as good as I remembered too. Ohhhh I love those korean tacos!!!  We also enjoyed a breakfast sandwich from The Big Egg...steak, cheese, arugula & a spicy chipotle sauce on the best ciabatta bread.  And it was so worth the 20 minute wait too.  We ended the day with one of my favorites, pizza!!! It was a great day for food :)
